We are deeply saddened to share the passing of our CEO Stephen Malone.
Stephen espoused values we live by, the honesty that shapes our culture with the relentless belief that we can always serve our customers better.
Stephen was more than the visionary who started Malone Group, he was a friend and mentor.
His leadership, passion and drive were felt in every conversation, every decision and every person he encouraged to do more, to do it better and do it smarter. While he could appear hard and tough on the outside, he was funny and kind-hearted and the person you always wanted in your corner.
We will miss him.
To everyone that had the privilege of knowing him, learning from him or being on the receiving end of one his tirades on the importance of engineering and the protection of the title “engineer”, thank you for being part of his life.
To his family, who had to share him with us, we say thank you and express our deepest condolences.
Our head office in Dublin will remain closed on Thursday 27th November as a mark of respect.
