This week is World Mental Health Awareness Week, raising awareness for the impact of loneliness on our mental health.
Over the last two years, we’ve experienced a time unfamiliar to all across the world. The pandemic may have left everyone feeling lonely at times, whether it be at home or at work.
Society and workplaces are changing, and we are embracing this change with adapting to hybrid working, whilst building and maintaining a connection with our colleagues. Encouraging people to reach out for support and to talk to each other.
So, this week is your reminder to check in with your loved ones, offer a smile to a stranger, or invite a colleague to lunch.
And remember, you are never alone.
