Installation works commenced with the erection of external and internal scaffolding, followed by food-safe protection measures and safety netting to allow the facility to remain operational. Key risks, including health and safety management, asbestos, internal access constraints and traffic coordination, were managed throughout delivery. The roof replacement was completed successfully, with scaffolding removed within timeframe, concluding the project in line with the agreed programme.
