We recently completed a facility consolidation project in Pennsylvania, USA that brought three separate facilities into a single existing building, including the relocation and integration of multiple production lines. MALONE Group supported spatial planning, reviewed existing utility capacity, and delivered an integrated architectural, mechanical, electrical, civil and structural design. Close collaboration with local partners supported permitting requirements, while ongoing stakeholder engagement helped maintain programme and budget objectives.
