This project was to complete a feasibility study with capital cost estimates all the way to detailed design and construction management to upgrade a cereal manufacturer’s process cooling system. This is to replace an obsolete system that is at the end of its useful life. The intensive planning that was involved to ensure it does not impact its operations the innovative solutions/options we’ve deployed to ensure it gets the funding it needed and to execute it with very minimal impact was a great success. It encompasses the full project life cycle all the way to implementation and have deployed key resources from various offices across the organization with their expertise and contributions. This collaborative effort extended to not only within our internal teams, but it included the customer and its wide base of preferred vendors and sub-contractors. The project underwent multiple phases, and we were there to support the customer along the way including providing budgets, articulating the project, providing various options, side by side with the customer in seeking approvals and all the way to executing the project to completion.
