We provide a flexible projects service for a large pharmaceutical facility in Dublin. The site outsourced their annual CAPEX to Malone Group on a rolling basis. The site based PMO and PMs leading to program of work are supplemented with design, safety and additional PM services from our HQ in Dublin.
