FVSV and ACF Filtration of new products

This brewery outside Europe contacted us to provide software (PLC and SCADA) services to integrate a new FV vessel and a new process involving Activated Carbon Filtration. This was to allow them to produce new products that require this process. FDS creation and modification, PLC programming, SCADA programming, FATs and commissioning service were provided.

Project Benefits

Systems engineers in
Bulgaria and UK worked together with the customer to verify their
P&IDs and URS documents before modifying / creating FDS
documents. Once we completed the PLC programming and SCADA
modifications on our in-house brewery simulation environment, we
transferred this to the site simulation environment for FATs.
After successful FATs, we travelled to site and worked with the
customer and third-party electrical contractors and OEMs to test
and commission the new installation and process. Simulation of the
changes was key in a successful outcome as it helps in identifying
issues and allows the customer to understand the new
system.
