Food Factory Balbriggan

Efficient, Safe, Full-Service

The project was an 8,000m banana ripening and distribution facility with 2,000m of office accommodation. The building was given an A3 rating with heating and cooling provided by geothermal heat pumps and power supplemented via photo voltaic solar panels.

Project Benefits

We carried out the
energy analysis of the building and offered sustainable low carbon
technologies as part of the building services installation. This
enabled a robust design with low running costs for the building.
We worked closely with the stakeholders, design and construction
teams to ensure that the building was completed to a high standard
and within budget.
