A well know toy brand had taken over an existing store in Dublin. The landlord was carrying out works to improve the building. We were tasked with completing the performance design with the detailed design being carried out by the contractor. The HVAC services comprised heating and cooling and ventilation and required detailed surveys and coordination with the existing structure. We met the contractor onsite and agreed routes and the strategy. We then reviewed the technical submittals to ensure the equipment provided would meet the requirements of Part L. We then worked with a Part L assessor to produce a report for the building that would demonstrate that the equipment supplied is in compliance with Part L of the building regulations.

minimal onsite issues and progress the project in a tight
programme.
