We were asked to carry out a review of this company’s capital process. The recommendations came after determining the needs and culture of the organisation after which we began working with their Capital Projects Manager to build a process. The process contained a number of stage gates where the health and status of the project and its potential value to the business could be assessed. Once the process was agreed, a series of templates to support he process were created. With these two items in place the staff were trained on their use and supported in project delivery.
