Many production sites historically utilized Ammonia as a cooling medium in their facilities. In this project we undertook a full investigation into the current utilization of the site’s Ammonia system. A design for replacing the system having evaluated the required demand for future capacity expansion was developed. After identifying the solution, a detailed phased integration plan was generated to identify the safest and most economical means of undertaking the work whilst maintaining production.
