We were involved in the initial feasibility design of the replacement of AHU plant. The AHUs originally were due to be replaced as they were approaching their end of life and we provided an analysis showing both a financial and CO saving of changing out the plant due to the energy efficiency of the proposed new design. This initial feasibility design of M&E and controls services were costed, budgets were approved, and a detailed design was produced of the M&E and controls services.
