As part of our Managed Service Model for capital projects we recently reviewed a pharmaceutical customer’s project manual and process flow. The customer team was made up of interested parties of various departments throughout the organisation supported by our Project Management Office (PMO). A revised online interface was developed for the project manual incorporating a new interactive graphics portal with links to the organisations guidelines and procedures. The revised project manual provides a user friendly version to allow everyone understand the project life cycle and to control aspects of project delivery in the organisation. The revised project manual was launched at the end of 2018 together with a rollout training session for all project users in the customers organisation.
