MALONE Group recently supported the delivery of a large-scale logistics project in Dublin, a new finished goods warehouse designed to boost storage capacity and streamline operations. The facility spans 3,900 sqm and incorporates a freezer room, PV panels, 3 additional loading dock levellers, EV charging points as well as accessible spaces, 35 bicycle spaces, and a new HGV staging area to accommodate up to 4 more vehicles. We also assisted in all associated site works including landscaping, drainage infrastructure, roadways and pedestrian paths.
Our team helped guide the project from start to finish, preparing the planning application, coordinating the detailed design, managing procurement, and providing construction support through to handover. We also delivered PSDP safety services throughout the programme, ensuring compliance and high standards at every stage.
