Malone Group is the mechanical and electrical engineering designers on Stemple Exchange in Dublin 15. The project comprises two six floor, over basement carpark buildings, with a total floor area of 15,790m2 (170,000ft²). The main features of the design include; LEED Gold standard, Irish Building regulations Part L compliance and dynamic thermal simulation. The mechanical and electrical services include: power, lighting, energy metering/monitoring, security, fire protection, solar PV, rain water services, air-conditioning, ventilation and stairwell pressurisation. The construction phase commenced in January 2019.
