Board of Directors

Tony Keohane

Chairman

As Chairman of the Board, Tony drives corporate governance and best practice agendas within Malone Group. He was previously CEO of Tesco Ireland from March 2006 to July 2013, and its Chairman from July 2013 until July 2015.

John B.Kelly

Non-Executive Director

John serves on the Board as financial non-executive director. Previously John held various roles in Allied Irish Banks plc including positions in enterprise, business and corporate lending.

Gina London

Non-Executive Director

Gina is an American entrepreneur based in Dublin where she founded and serves as CEO of the Language of Leadership. A published author and regular media analyst, Gina has appeared on the BBC, FOX, and CNN. Gina is an Emmy-award winning former CNN anchor and correspondent.

Stephen Malone

Stephen is a Chartered Engineer and Fellow of Engineers Ireland. He gained experience working for multinationals in the pharma, beverage and technology sectors before setting up Malone Group in 1999. Since then he has led the growth of the company in Ireland, the UK and internationally.

Eddie Lee

Chief Financial Officer

Eddie is a Fellow of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants and has a wealth of experience in managing multijurisdictional accounts and project specific finances. In his current role he is responsible for statutory and board reporting and overall financial management.

Fergus Whelan

Chief Operations Officer

Fergus is a Chartered Engineer, a Fellow of Engineers Ireland, holds a Master’s Degree in Renewable Energy and an MBA. In his current position Fergus is responsible for engineering and IT systems, business processes and standardization across our network.

Phil Clulow

Managing Director UK

Phil joined Malone Group as part of the acquisition of FMA Process Engineering in August 2017. He was appointed UK Managing Director in 2020 and also has the additional responsibility for developing our Digitization and Industrial Automation services across the Group.

Simon Mason

Regional Director

Simon joined Malone Group as part of the acquisition of Mason James Appointments in 2017. In his current role, he is responsible for the company’s development in the North West region of the UK and works closely with the UK management team.

Tim Noone

VP operations (USA)

Tim is a Chartered Engineer (CEng MIEI) and project manager with 23 years’ experience in areas of manufacturing, power generation, research and development. Tim has held numerous senior positions across a wide range of disciplines including engineering, operations, sales and business growth.

Mike Pareja

Head of Projects (Canada)

Mike is a project manager with over 20 years experience in regulated manufacturing sectors in Canada. With a background in architecture and utilities, Mike brings practical knowledge to delivering projects in operational environments.
