Diana Bennett, VP Operations for Malone Group in Canada attended the 2nd Annual Ontario Craft Wineries Conference in Toronto on May 1st, with over 400 industry professionals, craft winery owners, operators, suppliers, stakeholders, and government present.
The Conference & Trade Show brought together Ontario’s VQA and craft VQA wine industry leaders and professionals for a day of education, networking, and an industry trade show featuring 60+ exhibitors, 12+ educational sessions, a keynote address from an Oregon winemaker, and the undeniable (but responsible) sampling of fine Ontario craft wine.
Invaluable insight was gained into the state of the craft winery business in the region as well as new innovations in technology and product development such as cannabis infused wines.
