Our Safety division was appointed Project Supervisor Construction Stage (PSCS) for a major process improvement program at a bottling plant for a global, Ireland based distillery. With the huge uplift in the popularity of Irish whiskey, the site required a multi-phase investment to meet demand. We were challenged by program, schedule and multiple OEMS working in a live environment. Very close cooperation with the site operations and safety teams was critical, and this resulted in a very successful project both in terms of safety performance and implementation of the project.
