Wort Cooling & Oxygenation

Malone Group was awarded the design and management for a project that provided a solution to wort cooling and oxygenation. This project was awarded following a design study to evaluate the brewery’s future infrastructure requirements to facilitate a new product line. 3D scanning was utilized to develop the mechanical general arrangements of the new equipment in situ to assess safety and access for maintenance.
