Robotic Keg Handling Cell

Efficient, Safe, Full-Service

This project involved a new robotic cell for the handling of 57 litre beer kegs. One KUKA robot, in a fully automated work cell: depalletize returned kegs and place them on the conveyor to the washer; stack empty pallets; place empty pallet and palletize cleaned and filled kegs; shrink wrap finished goods pallets. Safety system gate request to enter.
