We managed a full lifecycle project for a well-established pharmaceutical brand and non-prescription consumer product. The project involved the development of an OTG (on the go) handy pack product. We managed the challenges that arose from stakeholders within the corporate production development element of the business when considering the practical and technical challenges of introducing a new packing technology to an already extremely busy manufacturing location.

Project Benefits
We got the product on
the shelves! Very aggressive timelines had been set by a large
retail multiple and as a result, the project success hinged on
product coming off the lines on time. Also, the new packaging line
had to be engineered into a limited space, which required an
incredibly clever and accurate design. The packing design itself
initially failed and we worked with the supply chain to overcome
these technical issues.
